Horrible. I ordered flowers. I have a price range and they billed my card $14 over the top of my price range but didn't bother to notify me or deliver the flowers on time. Will never use again.
Excellent customer service
I am from out of town and ordered an arrangement over the phone. I told them which one I liked best at my price point that they had pictured online. The arrangement they made looked nothing like it did online and barely had any flowers in it. To say it was underwhelming was an understatement. Waste of money.
