I don't usually complain but my mother and I got our food tonight and came home to eat it. My mom started to take the food out of the bag and her Double Decker Supreme Taco wasn't wrapped, it was just sitting in the bag. It had absolutely no meat on it, barely any beans, the lettuce was rotten, and it was ice cold!
Really enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Quesadilla Box. The dining room was in need of cleaning and service was bit slow but it's lunch time and the weekend.
We always have a great meal here. The lady was courteous and made sure our special order was correct. We ate outside... Great job guys!
Love eating at taco bell. People are very kind. The soda fountain you either get water or all sugar on soda. So I went with a sweet tea. They have an awesome sweet tea.
I wish you could put less than one star, we waited in line for 45 minutes, and the employees were laughing and cutting up with each tiger the whole time. One lady was working the whole time and 4 other employees were outside having a smoke break. The lady we had at the window was laughing and talking about the customers behind us the whole time. I called while we were sitting in line to ask for a manger in duty and every time I asked they hung up. Highly disappointed.
