No play ground, not child friendly, but has fresh paved road
we bought a trailer from a third party owner that had their trailer on holly hill estates. the trailer park kept us from moving it until they seen it was fit for us to move it; even though we paid for the house and paid for the moving company. the secretary that works in the office is rude and disrespectful. not worth the time to deal with the place.
Really nice housing community. Definitely recommend it if you're looking to move.
