Great employees nice service. Very friendly atmosphere

Experience is awful. They took 2 months to fix refrigerator. Then today I get call telling me I have s 7.50 late fee bc I missed payment fyi store is closed on Sundays. He went about telling me I had another late fee of 4.50 I have to pay bc managr waived fee and he said still have to pay.. I always paid 90 but now I'm being charged 95... I called district and this is second time I called district on this store. They couldn't even figure out how to put light bulb in freezer had to get a guy from ace to do it

Bought a bedroom suit in February. The wrong sized box spring was delivered. It was taken back and stated that the right size would be delivered within two weeks. My husband and I just now received the box springs this past Monday. It was an awful experience. I called constantly. The manager there, her name was Tamara, she was rude and hateful. Definitely not someone I would want working for me dealing with my customers. Once we finally got our box springs, after the fact that we had to contact the district manager, my husband decided to give them another try and purchase a laptop there. He wanted a gaming computer because he travels a lot and on his down time, has nothing else to do while in the hotel room. Once we get it home and get it plugged in and charging, he turned it on, only to find out it still had someone else's personal account on it. We had to then research how to erase the computer because the store was closed. My experience here has been nothing but awful. I will definitely not be doing business here anymore and I highly recommend anyone to take their business to the store in Princeton. It is well worth the drive.

This place is flat out awful. Have had 2 terrible experiences with them back to back involving purchases. First time around my wife and i were sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 2 months because they refused to get the correct box springs after ordering the wrong ones, and today i called in and told them i needed a gaming capable laptop for my travels on the road. They say they have 3 to choose from and i tell them to get one ready. I pick it up, only to realize that it cannot even run the most sinplistic and outdated games on the market, but it was also locked onto a previous customers account and coyld have had literally anything on there that anyone could have seen. The account was PIN and Password secured so i had to get on google and spend around an hour or more to find a way to totally reset it without signing into an account. The store was close so i couldnt bring it back in or even call them. Blows my mind. Basically, i would NOT RECCOMEND this place to anyone no matter how bad the need.
