There was a blonde girl working both times, she was incompetent and gave us wrong information on both occasions. Not to mention she upgraded a phone on our plan without asking for a valid drivers license to see if the person updating was an authorized user. She upgraded my phone and I specifically asked for the IPhone 6, she activated a iPhone 6 Plus and didn't even know the difference between the two. We have never had a problem with sprint in general but this store needs to train their workers better.
They suck no custom service and then refer you to some foreign call sent....... Guess I'm leaving
Not very professional and don't seem to know much about different devices
Tell you one payment and get a higher one.
