Shopping was fine. Store was in good condition. Friendly staff. Only 3 stars because my Scan & Go would not work. Staff was unable to tell me why but took my phone number and said they would call when they had an answer. I guess I'll see how that goes.
My 1st time as a sams member. Loved the store and shopping. Cashier was very rude. Made rude comments to co worker as i just took two steps away from her. Im also a proud walmart employee of 7 years. I would never speak that way to my customers. Was disappointed in the end.
I shop at Sams every 2 weeks and really enjoy the nice clean store. the music up front is great i never wait in line long. My only complaint is the Clothing area. My husband and I cannot browse and look at the clothing without being followed and asked a million times "can I help you? " then "what size do you need? " I don't. Need a personal shopper. She is so ridiculous. We straighten back up while looking. She stands there watching and invades your space. I have stopped purchasing clothing from the Bluefield, VA store. What an inconvenience for the Consumer.
